Good environment work and culture. Teammates are supportive, company policies are average ,not good appraisals.

There is al lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is fair as well as career growth is slow.

Culture is good, will get opportunity to grow and learn but it will not be documented. Working environment is also good. Doesn't have unnecessary pressure except during festivals.

Doesn't pay good while appraisal seasons even if you have worked well. Doesn't get the positions documented while promoting unless you resign. No benefit for employees.

Nothing I loved or liked at this company as very bad experience and always felt avoiding on benefits and holidays leave

Un systematic work and un experienced team leads and non appraisal on salary and benefits ,bad seniors and top level managers who were never asked any opinions or any supports .also they were always need company goals only never follows empathy in between staffs
