No work life balance, management has no idea about ground realities. No body to take responsibility at critical situation, all need to be handled by sales team. No proper training. You have to work 24x7 where management enjoy there holidays. No planning only pressure to make profit.

Like minded people who will inevitably focus on creating a better brand together and help each other in building the same. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
