...iven every time you apply, overall toxic environment. Favoritism is prevalent. On asking for perks or benefits VP of the company says we are paying a salary (meager) which should suffice, no perks are given.

Volatile work environment, Structural changes every few months, Relatively high turnover, Specialisation is not considered - Senior managers take charge of segments without knowing the basics of the same.

you wont get any bonus or any extra payout even if you work at weekoff's or 12 Hours daily, Leaves will given to chamcha only, warning letter waiting for you if you made even a small mistake. Tail lagaap promotion paao and Nepotism is key to success in Delhivery. Worst work culture you will saw in a company, no job security nothing.

No focus on client/customer problem, no customer support , no support to employees, No training, No problem resolution, clients are not satisfied with overall service and price, i will not recommend anyone to join this company, your job will be on stake within 6 month's of joining.

I have never seen organisation in my career like delhivery because due to covid -19 lockdown many organisation doing cost cutting and deduct the salary of employee and fire them but my organisation delhivery support me very much and never feel me for job security and also give me increament during that period which is like dream for me.Thanks Delhivery and suggest every employee to give their best so that organisation will grow and we will also grow.I am very thankful for this organisation.
