Your only get your salary on time otherwise there is no any positive things you can adopt in your career.

There are old employee who involved in office politics when new employee hired they start demotivate and do not work properly even they do not know new technologies only they are pretend about the technologies they do no ethics to talk with your collogues and freshers. always they poke you about your personality your background .

...o take steps and responsibilities. No skill enhancement, no learning, no growth. Performers and Non-Performers are treated almost similar in terms of ratings as well as compensation. Everyone in Sr. Management is Non-Performer taking high salaries to avoid work.

...ing is your job is secured until and unless you are sitting idle from long time. Salary scale is also good. Give training to employees time to time. Focused for adapting new technologies.

DIMTS is a good company. Salary received timely. Work life balance is good. HR team is good.

Job security is very poor. BU teammates is good but BU management is very poor and unprofessional. Behaviour is bad to subordinate staff. Career growth is nil.
