...arification about that happening. The work culture is like North Korean culture. There no fixed structure of salary with grade and experience all things are related with relationship with your boss. Lack of leadership. Everyone boss.

...ive & the management is not transparent. There is a huge politics & group is in. Company policies are good but appraisals are really unfair & they give selective people good salary hike every year

Compensation is very bad no increment nothing get any compensation such a bad organization in life about growth you forget & the work pressure is very high every time I work 16/24 hour in a day as a like donky again next day you must attend the duty is compelsary every time when I work hard & give 100% result & out put solving problem Manager do not value an individual unique strength i never get any appreciation or like you done a good job by manager during my mid year & final year appraisal.
