Nothing. Worst company I've ever worked with. No job security. Anyone can be fired by them without providing any genuine reason. No projects to work on. Worst internal policies.

Dislikes

Everyone is worth disliking. No proper cafeteria. No food options at all. HR is the worst department. No proper workspace.

Likes

This is the worst company. No job security. They can fire you anytime. They have lots of modules and you have to clear all after selection. They select you and give an offer letter after receiving the offer letter they have training session and during training session they may fire you if you could not satisfy them with your performance. Don't play with your career.

Tool is good.

They treat employees like college students. No job security. Not enough work for current employees but they never stop hiring. In the name of training they conduct exams like school exams we need to attend them physically with an invigilator.

Great company which is at developing stage. Takes care about employees well. Good Hikes Advanced BPM tool Quality employees and good culture.

5 days WFO but still flexible when employees are in need.

The management in Hyderabad sucks. It’s been the WORST management I’ve EVER seen. I’ve worked for PS and they’d say we wouldn’t micromanage but ask you to track every single break you take. The senior manager comes late goes early. There’s a sense of superiority that someone should break. He’ll never refer you for a promotion cuz he has his friends on that position. I never thought I’d witness nepotism in a company such small. I have also seen the manager shout at people like they’re inferior. You can be removed anytime. The other manager (I wouldn’t want to name) is apparently his friend and knows nothing. Then there is this other guy whose head stays just above the skies. The unit could function independently. ALSO, if you’re from a premium institute the senior manager might like you :)
