This is the worst company. No job security. They can fire you anytime. They have lots of modules and you have to clear all after selection. They select you and give an offer letter after receiving the offer letter they have training session and during training session they may fire you if you could not satisfy them with your performance. Don't play with your career.

They treat employees like college students. No job security. Not enough work for current employees but they never stop hiring. In the name of training they conduct exams like school exams we need to attend them physically with an invigilator.

HR Pithani (Deceptive and Manipulative) and Managers are worst. Service Delivery Manager is the worst guy in the entire organisation. If He gets fired this company will grow better, btw he is black in color and looks like an idiot.

The management in Hyderabad sucks. It’s been the WORST management I’ve EVER seen. I’ve worked for PS and they’d say we wouldn’t micromanage but ask you to track every single break you take. The senior manager comes late goes early. There’s a sense of superiority that someone should break. He’ll never refer you for a promotion cuz hehas his friends on that position. I never thought I’d witness nepotism in a company such small. I have also seen the manager shout at people like they’re inferior. You can be removed anytime. The other manager (I wouldn’t want to name) is apparently his friend and knows nothing. Then there is this other guy whose head stays just above the skies. The unit could function independently.
