Worst thing about Wipro is LOP(Loss of Pay) when you are on bench, it is difficult to get another project. After sometime on bench they stop your pay. They should understand we don't like to sit idle either. Not good for freshers if they want to learn and grow in IT career. Promotions are slow. Final verdict is they exploit and destroy the career of beginners

Nothing Great, apart from on time salary.

Dislikes

Projects are support based. Candidates are given projects based on the tier of engineering college they are from. Too much politics, depends on your projects. You need to have a "setting" with manager to get something good and slight better environment.
