Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

Debbas Group on the whole is a Great company to work with, whereas the Indian setup seems to be disbalanced and unbiased.

Best thing about Debbas is WFH and no such politics.

Dislikes

Salaries are not on time. As of now last six months salaries are pending, no learning. If you are lighting designer don’t join Debbas, they are into lighting trading. They gives you false commitment.

Working with Debbas is like like doing your own work, with full of challenges, timelines and performance oriented, which help us to develop Multiple skills and self confidence.

Dislikes

It has been five years with Debbas Lighting, one thing I have raised with Management is to relocate the employees with in the Group across the Globe to get International exposure.
