Debbas Group on the whole is a Great company to work with, whereas the Indian setup seems to be disbalanced and unbiased.

They don't provide salary on time. Even employee has to wait upto 5 - 6 months, which is not acceptable at all for everyone.

Best thing about Debbas is WFH and no such politics.

Dislikes

Salaries are not on time. As of now last six months salaries are pending, no learning. If you are lighting designer don’t join Debbas, they are into lighting trading. They gives you false commitment.
