They don't care about employee who is working for clients they only care about clients. They even not giving deserving increment to employees who is working very hard to meet their expectations.

Nothing, don't believe on rating 5, All are fake, just to increase the average. I wanted to give negative rating here.

HR scheduled interview first round. First round was almost 2 hr. interview. After that HR discussed salary and scheduled 2nd round. That was also 2 hr interview. Then HR ghosted. They are just doing time pass. Don't have vacancies. Just wasting the time of candidate. My advise to company authorities , Close organisation if you can not follow the ethics.
