They hire mostly to deploy there resources to different different clients like Bosch, Honeywell. After joining here associates will be kind of contact to hire only but Datamatics will tell you will be permanent here. My experience was horrible here, I was deployed to Robert bosch and when I dropped my paper no one was replying from Datamatics, I kept sending reminder mail and kept calling to HR and manager but no one was responding, once my manager picked my call and when I asked why u guys are not replying they said I can't release you within 30 days(my official notice period) saying you have dependency there, But when I didn't agreed my manager said we are not going to release you go do whatever you want to do. Finally after doing lots of Natak they released you. From HR to manager, all are highly unprofessional. So be aware from Datamatics.

I am worked in a TruBI team in that tema Worst Manager, if you are Tamilan they don't respect you and Target them to give a more Stress. If your Tamilan don't go there. At the Time one fresher girl also there she is marati she also targeted from the manager. Giving a pressure at that finally that girl also Dropped a paper

No salary increment atleast every year minimum rise of salary should be there but I worked for 3 years with 0% hike felt very bad no proper response from HR team they need to fight for their employees.

Management not able to take good decision resulting in entire team in trouble. Instead of hiring and retaining skilled resources, they prefer freshers and then expect freshers to do job of seniors. As soon as you resign, you become enemy and they start talking to you in different way. After you resign, you cannot join directly or indirectly their clients or other companies who work with same client. This put me in trouble, despite of having good opportunity in hand, I wasn't able to join that company. Datamatics forced me not to join. IT team speaks abusive language and even after complaining, nothing happens. Management tries to throw their mistakes on you.
