Salary is always on time. Work from home opportunity. I have never faced any job security issue. My manager has also contacted me if there is any drop in my performance. Working in a small company makes you a multi-tasker. Overall i am happy working here

I don't like the management of Datagain, because we were hiring many people but on the same trend goes for attrition. I hope this will stop in coming days.

The Company's Culture. Company provides work from Home to employees.

There is a lot of internal politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is given to new joinees. Work culture is also good.

Arwa the project Manager is most irrational lady with very bad way of handling the projects as well as her own team. She is always shouting at her team members.
