Have to give answers about personal life and working methods. worst work culture, using slangs, destroying corporate decoram, joining official conference call while smoking , trying to harras the juniors, treating the junior employes as servants. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
