Some project managers and project leaders shows some partiality on promotions and other incentives,and some people dont have full knowledge of their projects,and their dont have perfect planning,and always doing 12 hours but as per company rules they have only 8.5hours only. if extra working hours continues their provide incentives but it will not implement properly.....

...uld complete the work on Saturdays too. They don't approve leaves if you needed. Based on the work the salary is very low, they will give you only 11k to 14k and it will not increase till one year. Work pressure will be more. The security gaurds will not be polite to the employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good

Salary is not decent career growth is slow

...time. Manager is really genuine and motivating personality. Great place to work. For overtime, good compensation will be provided as per project need.

Compensation is not good in my department. However, software domain has good compensation benefits.

Poor working culture and low salary and HR not helpful for associates TL and manager are humiliation for associates
