Job security in Cyient is something i really like aabout it. Because of the vast spread projects across the company, if some project get closed, people will be moved to another project. By this they will not lose their job.

... would be appraisal. Not a single piece of information is transparent in Cyient. Nobody will know how they increment the salary. Some crucial decisions on employee's salary taken place without the knowledge of employee. Employee is just treated as a puppet or a sheep.

I am not happy with this work. For My manager he doesn't know to respond when someone is having an issue and he doesn't know how to treat them

Even I am working upto 18 months as a contingent employee your offering starting package to Cyient

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

...or long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

No job security Company is about to bankrupt. Company is not having projects and putting employees on bench and then termination. If you have 2 offer letter keep Cyient as 2nd and if you have 10 offer letter keep Cyient as 10th option.

Depending on the Middle Level Management you report to, the Work Life Balance will be determined. Job Security is good as they move Employees to bench for significant amount of time if their project is over or company loses that project. WFH allowed for short intervals if you need to be in your hometown.

Dislikes

...on by the L1 and L2 Managers. So internal career Opportunities become limited. Salary and benefits growth very limited for telecom sector. On Site Opportunities only given after you have worked in the company usually for over 4 years.
