The campus environment is pleasant except that nothing is pleasant. There is no proper pay and managers don't even know how to manage. Cyient is not supporting sangpung in this outbreak of corina viruses. The budget thing it feels to have done oud implementing WFH

In my one year at cyient I didn't find anything I like about it.

Dislikes

...ed work which the seniors professionals resist to do. So no SKILL DEVELOPMENT! I would never recommend anyone to join cyient, especially when I compare my salary to my friends who are in software feild I feel very depressed. I wouldn't feel the same if I was liking what I'm doing.

No work ethics Poor pay practices and stringent policies No work life balance Limited or no onsite opportunities School type policy everything is monitored Work on weekends for no extra pay Hike and ratings are highly manipulated Good company for learning but not for long term No job security they may ask to voluntarily resign No mercy on employees
