Nothing to like here, they don't care about you. The company just want it's billing, and they will move to bench if they don't want you. STAY AWAY

Everything from management to promotion to salary compensation. This company makes you work for 9.5 hours and sees you as just a slave. They even keep offices on Saturday if due to some reason a working day got announced as leave. Just like private school There is not a day I don't regret joining this company.

Likes

Good for enhancing your interpersonal and communication skills. Weekends off. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and favouritism. Poor work life balance. Partiality in dividing task. Poor policy and support of inter department change.

Annual appraisal will be like you talk about your work that you have done for a year and in return you will get tea expenses worth salary hike Example : 30days*1 tea (₹10)= 300 ₹ (in-hand salary) There are so many negatives about the company. You may think why this person stayed in this company having these many negatives. It's due to personal constraints that I have.

...spect of junior's values from higher management (not in all cases but mostly) 2. Poor salary increments (even less than inflation rates) 3. Mostly tasks are not exciting because of service industry 4. Some managers have bossy nature (ex. My manager gave me only two days leave and that too for my own marriage)
