...le, but compensation was given better in order to survive the current situation. Cyient did not provided the good compensation. If you are having immense medical problems also they won't listen to your words. If the associats needs help from company, they didn't turn up. But when company requires any help from associates we must do. I joined cyient with lot of expectations and hope but that didn't last even a year. I head lot about this company job security, but I didn't see that.

The only thing I like is that the organisation has given a chance for work from home

...g rampant in the organisation. The management doesn't address our issues at all. Salary is very poor.

None, as its a company of no growth, no opportunities, very less compensation, appraisals don't even sync with individual performances

Almost everything. Cyient is a company which does not allow market standard compensation, very unethical leads and managers who just know how to do execute micromanagement culture in the organization.

General shift was a welcome change after having done night shifts for two years. Job security is relatively higher compared to other engineering services companies. Lucky to get opportunity to learn three different tools. Overall a Good experience and good memories of the organisation.

Growth opportunities and salary compensation are average.
