Amazing company with very transparent process and mostly fair in appreciating and promiting employees. Good leadership team and also the managers are good. Atleast for me.

Dislikes

Could give better pay to employees. The only reason for my switch was compensation.

...ours even if you don't have work one has to complete compulsory 8 hours per day. If they provide work from home option good of amount of salary will be deducted from CTC. Number of sick leaves are very less. Also system automatically cuts off leaves unnecessary causes discrepancies in leave balance. If you are in RP and don't get project soon they will force you to come to come to office even if you have opted for PWFH.

...s it fair? For freshers you will get any project irrespective of their training. You will have to keep your screen on more than 8 hours otherwise salary will get deducted or leaves get applied

No worries for Job security. Good number of leaves and holidays. Various technical sessions are regularly arranged. Previously it was flexible working works, but has changed few rules regarding this.

.... They ask you to buy a new one if you dont have/have problem with your old one. If not opted for wfh, they give you half salary(which is not half obviously, with lot of deductions).Seniors treat you like, you should know everything though you are a fresher.Very few of them actually help you understand things.Appraisal system is very bad, you have to have good rapport with manager and lead to get it.Only for people chasers and bootlickers are appraised extremely well. Policies for salary and leaves were changed.Leaves were made 0 though you are working from home which is senseless. At wfo, though it is flexible working hours followed here, manager receives ticket for resources coming after 11pm and leaving before 6pm. So in what sense, it is flexible, Cybage knows itself. If you are not comfortable working in the current team and ask for release, they take months and also a year to release you which is bizarre. And obvious few weeks to allot you in a new project. There is a good count of intelligent people leaving this firm every month, and now you know why.

Nothing as such, shaddy appraisal cycle no transparency in apparisal, 10% of CTC is annual variable pay, which is not given at year end blaming company losses.

Dislikes

No hike for 2 straight years. No transparency in apparisal process. No variable pay , which results in direct 10% loss in CTC. Company losses are mounting. No transport facility Strict work hour policy Canteen to expensive, even single paratha will cost you more by 20% due to GST.
