Heavy Salary cuts, Too much delayed and more than Govt. lengthy process. Favoritism, Terrible resistance from management to old favored employees. No futuristic approach, dangerous (unnecessary) documentation of which major time is elapsed in clearing papers. Motivation lacking from peers and seniors. Bad exit policies. If employee wants to leave CTR it means as if is committing any crime like treatment. No settlement dues will be provided for hard earned money of employees. They put many false reasons behind amount cuts. Ultimately you loose money. MNC experienced should not waste their time in this company or you will get frustrated. It is better to sit idle till you get next job but don't consider C

unnecessary rules and procedures of no use. promotions not based on good work but by buttering only. no defined work profile you can be asked to do anything since no dedicated persons for work. very difficult if resign, no easy clearance and release. Waste time in meetings where only the owners speak rest only listen to do as told, no matter right or wrong. no plan for future and value for talented peoples.

I the CTR we have to filled up certain forms, which is mandatory based on this CTR is giving Salary if you doesn't filled the applicable forms and formats then your salary will be hold. I was working in the Mumbai branch office and I was reporting to my senior Mr.P.B.More who was associate with the CTR for more than 40 years. During my Probation period didn’t taught me practically how to fill up the forms and formats, whenever I asked him about the same, he said that don't ask me ant thing, as I didn't hire you so ask the management to train you. Thereafter I was continously asked to the seniors of our Pune and Aurangabad division but they also didn't support me. Finally I have received emai, from Mr.Danekar of Aurangabad that your salary is hold as you are not filling the forms and formats.... I was surprised that time because the difficulties which I was facing had been already told to the VC and the top management. Mr.P.B.More and Mr.Danekar etc. I just want to say that when both of you were join the CTR have you been learn from your own how to fill up the forms and formats from your date of joining and without training I.e.practically???? Since both of you are pillars of the CTR you should train the new jojnee rather than to harassing them. So, whoever is reading the Reviews please note that before joining the CTR please clear your doubts about the forms, formats filling, training practically etc. or else tge salary will be on hold

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is poor and career growth is slow. Your superior not supportive and company not allow to use your mobile. Lot of paper work without using SAP system. No ethernet facilities.
