Superior Bosses doesn't listen on practical issues - Store level manpower has reduced
1. Salary without incentive is better than competition
2. Work life balance is good ( If u can ignore cluster manager & Zonal as they will keep pinging u on call , mails & whatsapp in your weekoff as in retail we have to take weekoff on weekdays and they enjoying it on weekends ).
3. 1.5 days week offs in a week , No one in industry giving more than 1 day in retail (Store operations)

8. Cluster manager force you to work for 12 hours a day , if u say no then your target will increase and they will remove you after that through PIP & pressure

New Process roll outs and constant updates keep an employee well informed about all the products and services being offered. Healthy work environment. And plus it’s TATA’s- which is known as employee centric .
I have worked with the croma as BDC in Delhi location 9yeras 10 months. Lost of learn about comny also I am part of NSO team around 10-15 store open in Delhi also training to new BDC.
9 years 10 months working with the same position as BDC not increase my salary also no option for promotion as position. I Totly disagree about comny no any option for promote also nobody support to BDC for his future career also work with off role in coma Cross dock 1 years 8 months but too bad experiences coma staff no respect to off role staff they all treat just like personal servant also nobody come to for open house please visit cross dock for future process.
