Promotion, salary hike, NO satisfactory solution on employee concern if its medical base. Poor salary hike after promotion, employee have to survive with less money that to in different locations. Suggestions would be if any promotion transfer employee should get market correction in salary. No handholding for any concern, no motivation factor + OJT not covered after promotion
1. Salary without incentive is better than competition
2. Work life balance is good ( If u can ignore cluster manager & Zonal as they will keep pinging u on call , mails & whatsapp in your weekoff as in retail we have to take weekoff on weekdays and they enjoying it on weekends ).
3. 1.5 days week offs in a week , No one in industry giving more than 1 day in retail (Store operations)
4. Leaves (But you have to available on calls and mails )
1. Don't get fooled with TATA brand name it is mirage , T means Toxic workplace
2. Incentive is almost 0 as you will get target that u can't match & you can't discuss it as they start showing stores of mumbai and delhi

5. Cluster manager, regional managers and Zonal managers are produced through internal politics , They are Old in this rotten system , Logic missing , limited knowledge, inferiority complex and very much insecure with people coming outside

7. No microsoft office provided , means No Excel , Word and Powerpoint , people are working on WPS office and you have to use WPS offc free software for data analysis
8. Cluster manager force you to work for 12 hours a day , if u say no then your target will increase and they will remove you after that through PIP & pressure
9. micro management - You will see a new level of micro management
Local Management not good, lot of politics by local Management, local management people from FSC they are driving their foolish things.
Useless people from FSC they don't know how to speak their superior.
They not communication skill
New Process roll outs and constant updates keep an employee well informed about all the products and services being offered. Healthy work environment. And plus it’s TATA’s- which is known as employee centric .
