Too much mental stress less pay continuously cost cutting many left the job switched to other companies for last 2 year only 300rs increment more than mentioned working hours and multi job roles you have to do everytime manager threatens if we don't do it than he will fire or issue warning letter work culture is too bad.

No salary increment. Freshers are paid more salary than the experienced ones. Appraisals are like 500/- to 2500/- per year depending upon who plays best politics in it. Daily Sales pressure will be there from managers.

Im working at croma last 5 years I like company policy and environment because of company take social responsiblty.and take care of employes how to happy it I love croma

Increment policy I dont like because this time person want more than salary required as par economically and family budget salary is to low as par work expectations so and internal growth is depend on exam not depend on talent

I like the most with the company are culture and their respective mania at all kind of positions. And a guy also can improve at various stages, simply am happy.

Any employee can work for the salary and annual increments i dislike these two categories.

...work for a company like Infiniti retail..in pandemic they withstand with us ..they provide our salary on time without a delay ..and till now for our safety they ask us to report store on alternate days for maintain distance on store floor ..
