Promotion, salary hike, NO satisfactory solution on employee concern if its medical base. Poor salary hike after promotion, employee have to survive with less money that to in different locations. Suggestions would be if any promotion transfer employee should get market correction in salary. No handholding for any concern, no motivation factor + OJT not covered after promotion

I'm working in warehouse at RPA department. Company provided 6 day week off with yearly leave and arrange trip plan for employees so no scope to improve your skills.

...o huge work pressure and its applied before 3 months .also not allow to go trip. Work culture is very pathentinc and every time says that for termination or salary hold and also not any single training sessions happen in rpa.

Tata company is too good, 6days week of in whole month, salary structure is very good. Good hike provided by company.

Local Management not good, lot of politics by local Management, local management people from FSC they are driving their foolish things. Useless people from FSC they don't know how to speak their superior. They not communication skill
