The work life balance is exemplary, you will have managers and directors who are actually sane and human, don't have much idea about job security since it's a client based business so you know the drill but but but I can see a bigger number of employees who are working for more than 10-15 years now so you can get the idea, work pressure might vary from department to department but for me it was fun given I came from service industry and the work pressure was on a super saiyaan level (you know if you know) and here at Crisil you will love it the pressure negligible.

but the compensation and the promotion part is the part where things start to sour this would be the only game changer for an employee to plan for a switch otherwise overall it's a decent organisation to work with.

No job security, you can get fired anytime if your project end. Rude upper management(sector lead)-sitting in London taking huge amount salary without bringing any business to the company and firing people in India with low salary and giving reasons that client doesn’t have the money to pay you

Open door culture and gives you enough opportunities to learn things required for your day to day tasks.

Lack of career growth visibility and below average (less than industry average) compensation structures affect employee morale.

Open door policy, seniors are very helpful and in general huge learning curve for young professionals.

The compensation benefits and the HR, Accounts - Payroll and Reimbursement/compensation team is a nuisance along with the mediclaim team too.

...ell anything about the policies before. Very bad work life balance. No benefits. Less salary. No hikes. You can't even pay your rent with that much less salary. They offer Below Poverty Line salary. They don't pay you the salary of the last month of notice period and ask you to buy out the notice period. When questioned about the F&F they say "That is the company policy." They don't even send you the F&F statement and salary slip of last month of working. Don't work here. The HR won't even help you. They don't even encash the remaining leaves. FRAUD and SCAM company!
