There is no job security....they will terminate without giving prior notice. Avoid joining this company if you are a fresher because they will keep you on the bench for a long period and suddenly terminate you, they don't have many projects.

Working at credera is no different from any other company, it's all depends on which project you are working.

Layoffs, very frequently layoffs in every 3 months. Bcoz of that it introduces a cut throat competition and work culter gone a huge downfall
