The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day

...interview that the job is only for 9hrs but it' ends up to 12 to 13 hrs of work. And they offer very low salary, the manager will blame you if u go late home they will say u aren't efficient enough, the higher management keep making the hotel overbooked and all of them run home when them selves can't face the guest after the that the score of the hotel comes down n again we individuals are blamed for not performing properly.food for employees is worst.whe. going home that time only managers will give work so that u wait back.Managers will blame you only if u didn't have food because another manager gave you work.

Good work environment and cultural. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give food salary hike and bonos every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On tha job training is not given to new joinees
