The USA management is friendly and supportive, but the Indian team tends to disregard your concerns, often suggesting you to leave if you’re dissatisfied. They also make it difficult to obtain experience and relieving letters, using tactics to avoid paying anything beyond your salary. Additionally, the mandatory to-and-fro can service is required, even if you live just 10-15 minutes away, forcing you to endure 2-3 hours or travel everyday. Despite any health concerns, they offer no flexibility and there’s no work-from-home option available.

US managers and US work style. Highly toxic North Indian states managers and HR manager who just won't listen to your issues. They only support North employees. Ops manager from Bengal chews Gutkha and people have trouble talking to him but still the HR pretends as if she knows nothing .

Dislikes

North Indian managers, North directors, North HR manager , North Indian team leads ....three Telugu team leads were terminated in last 6 months and there is no Telugu team lead left in process of 300 agents ....this speaks enough.

I have worked for copart for 5 months the work is good no pressure but I had a problem with my manager he targeted me and he always had a issue with me and finally he removed me from the office he gave me chance but if he would have given me another chance I would have not been in roads for Job

I dislike the manager the paucity is more and favorisum is more

Company is good in general. Teams are capable. Work is not dependant on any one person, which is a good thing.

Dislikes

Favouritism to Telugu people. People who know Telugu have soft corner and caring about each other work and help each other without question. Cant say the same treatment goes for the outsiders.
