The USA management is friendly and supportive, but the Indian team tends to disregard your concerns, often suggesting you to leave if you’re dissatisfied. They also make it difficult to obtain experience and relieving letters, using tactics to avoid paying anything beyond your salary. Additionally, the mandatory to-and-fro can service is required, even if you live just 10-15 minutes away, forcing you to endure 2-3 hours or travel everyday. I had fantastic offshore manager but a new indian manager who chews gutkhas spoiled entire process in 6 months.

Dislikes

Inexperienced management. HR is just a recent college pass out and bosses up on Team leads with silly statements. Team leads with decades exp get silly statements and answers from this HR BP who was still in college as recent as 2018.
