...ure and attractive incentives, but the yearly salary hike is nearly nonexistent. While incentives are considered a benefit, the lack of competitive salary package could pose a challenge when seeking other opportunities

The USA management is friendly and supportive, but the Indian team tends to disregard your concerns, often suggesting you to leave if you’re dissatisfied. They also make it difficult to obtain experience and relieving letters, using tactics to avoid paying anything beyond your salary. Additionally, the mandatory to-and-fro can service is required, even if you live just 10-15 minutes away, forcing you to endure 2-3 hours or travel everyday. Despite any health concerns, they offer no flexibility and there’s no work-from-home option available.

I had fantastic offshore manager but a new indian manager who chews gutkhas spoiled entire process in 6 months.

Dislikes

Inexperienced management. HR is just a recent college pass out and bosses up on Team leads with silly statements. Team leads with decades exp get silly statements and answers from this HR BP who was still in college as recent as 2018.

I have worked for copart for 5 months the work is good no pressure but I had a problem with my manager he targeted me and he always had a issue with me and finally he removed me from the office he gave me chance but if he would have given me another chance I would have not been in roads for Job

Company is good in general. Teams are capable. Work is not dependant on any one person, which is a good thing.

Dislikes

Favouritism to Telugu people. People who know Telugu have soft corner and caring about each other work and help each other without question. Cant say the same treatment goes for the outsiders.
