There are multiple factors that keeps me motivating to work at conviction hr First is obviously salary hikes we get quarterly and secondly this company is very employee centric if we compare to other consulting firms

I have had the best and worst experience of my life at same time. Conviction as an organization is best place to work but it is my bad luck that i have worked under such management where there is so much politics, favouritism and inequality. Your voice is not not allowed to reach to the higher management. It is very difficult to work under such partiality and inequality but you can only work peacefully if you are management's favorite or don't come under the eyes of favorite of the management. It is very shocking and disrespecting that there ex employees are not allowed to come to their offices according to them it will ruin the image of the company. Rest I had best time with Conviction HR

The work culture is really amazing, with a really good management. Apart from this the salary structure and incentives are the best in the market. A good company to start your career with and a lot to learn from here. The overall exposure that you get is nice.

Your salary gets hike in every 3 months which makes you wanna come to work every single day :-)
