Job security, less benefits, no bonus or festival gifts, poor canteen facility (in plant), limited promotions, no family day, limited rewards and recognitions,self motivation

Excellent Job security if you are good at your work. Decent Work life balance. Good company culture.

Dislikes

Salary is just ok, not very competitive. Merit is not rewarded properly. Even average or below people get good hikes. Kind of soft socialism. Quality of work is not high-tech.

1. No respect 2. No equality 3. Long working hours & less efficiency 4. Below margin pay & hike structure 5. Somtimes, have to support during weekends (and during personal leave as well)

The core values of company is Trust, For one another, Freedom to act which is reflected aptly in the business environment at Continental. However recently due to some bad strategic decisions at top management level the company is struggling and going through a turbulent time at HO in Germany whereas the growth story is ascending in India. Overall a good organisation to work for.

Dislikes

...ions by top management and indifferent attitude towards feedback from employees. No salary benchmarking in recent times.

Pros: Work life balance and good salary Cons: Heavy micromanagement not only by the Manager but also other architects in team. Here some so called "experts" dont have knowledge on the particular subject. Abusive words used , making the employees to force resign.

Dislikes

Work culture, social life . People here are lonely and depressed
