There is a lot of politics. Here most of the people are working as external, for them don't expect any hike ,bonus and good salary. Career growth is slow.

For a 2 week on-site to France they made ne sign a bond for 2 lakes and had pay it when for personal reasons I had to quit. Really poor culture especially the bommasandra one with plant close by very abusive language from plant managers to R&D.

Excellent Job security if you are good at your work. Decent Work life balance. Good company culture.

Dislikes

Salary is just ok, not very competitive. Merit is not rewarded properly. Even average or below people get good hikes. Kind of soft socialism. Quality of work is not high-tech.
