Nothing... I hardly beleive this company exists or not.

They called me for Interview over phone, and require immediate joining at chennai. They took my interview via giving me 3 quotations to draft 3 separate buyer contracts, and deadline was 18 hours only. Still I drafted all three by sitting overnight. Next day the HR Mr. Gokul said Contracts are finely drafted, and asked me to provide explanation in each clause, in legal context. I did the assignment and completed before deadline. Thereafter, this gentleman Mr Gokul informed me that we want contracts on International law, and used my drafted contracts in real business and took undue advantage of my skills on pretext of interview.

Accomodation facility is so good.

Dislikes

Need to improve company standard in ground level. Need to implement SOP and need to improve technical skills of managerial and engineering level. Then only junior staffs can learn from senior staffs.

Bosses are very understanding and helpful, the company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i was a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products, and the plus point is that even though colleagues comes from various culture work atmosphere is happy and helpful
