Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? They don't have canteen. They pay 30 days salary without CL and PL and also without weekly OFF. 365 days working. Salary always comes late after date 15 . No suitable work , anytime any field work work have to do..
