...ikes or promotions.. It's all depends on how ur manager begs with their bosses.. If the managers are not ready to beg with their managers there is no hike or promotion for the team. ...e spin off from Xerox. Things are not looking good from an employee perspective. No salary increases for a long time and market correction never takes place.

You can get to learn technical skills however it is domain specific as well.

Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

...ry old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself . You get to work with old outdated orthodox type of people and your opinion doesn't matter here .
