...e spin off from Xerox. Things are not looking good from an employee perspective. No salary increases for a long time and market correction never takes place.

Dislikes

...be ideal. Politics - yes, exists at a very severe level. Career growth - NIL. Salary hikes - never linked with your performance appraisals. Even if you are the best performer in the BU, you don't get a hike.

Likes

Conduent gives a platform to showcase our knowledge and skills. Conduent provided me new opportunities to build a better career. Company provides job security. Management and the colleagues are providing better work culture to do the job.

Dislikes

I am worried like my current salary and the salary that i am getting is meeting the company's standard. One of the other challenge currently we are facing is the delay in getting the support from Local IT department, which is directly impacting the daily production.

1. There is no skill development 2. Compensation is very bad, they won't recognize whoever is really working and contribute to the company. Instead, they will give a certain fixed percentage to everyone after appraisal. 3. Work satisfaction is also very bad, instead of adding new technologies to your profile, you have to work on very old technologies 4. The recruitment team is the worst 5. Management is completely clueless, negligent, careless, don't know where to go, no roadmap for future 6. All clients are closing accounts, no new clients adding because of management poor decessions and less clarity on the future roadmap 7. Internal politics, In case of firing, they fire good talents so that they can save their own people which is very bad

Earlier it was a good company to work with. Had a good working environment and Job security.

Dislikes

...ple. Currently there is no job security. We may hired and fired after one month. Compensation is OK, but not up to industry standard. Managers do not value individual unique strength and most of the time we feel disgusted.

Work life balance is ok for me. If required we get Work from home option ,that was helpful to me.

Dislikes

There is no salary increament for all staff even if the company has profit. With out any benefit people resigning day by day.And average work ambiance in office struggling to get seat .
