...ll give other process if that happens, which are blatant lies! 0% Job security. They give decent salary for freshers but if you are attracted by that you could even be standing without a job within 3 months of joining which happened to so many people (which I have seen personally)

I am in my expanded maternity leave due to I gave birth and then my partner and I broke up. I asked for a work from home setup to help me atleast start anew without leaving my newborn son but they did not give me any chance.

...ry pathetic experience. There is a bond of 18 months and 3 months notice period. If you want to leave the organisation withing 18 months you have to pay a huge amount to company for experience letter. I am in the 1st month of my notice period and I am more than happy. I can work anywhere but not in concentrix.

Dislikes

The work life balance is very bad. The operation managers will always point everything on to you. There will always be your fault even if you didn't do anything wrong. It's better to be placed in another company rather than concentrix.

Good facilities but CNX didn't supported me in my hard times and force me to resign the HR and manager both.Because I was at my hone town, I even requested to provide me WFH work in any process so that I can continue my job but they did not. I gave more than 2 years to this company still no kindness shown to me. Also I was a female employ of the company still didn't understood my situation. Process name - onfido Location- noida

Cnx didn't supported me during covid, neither provided me the salary but also, The HR and my manager both forced me to give resignation which I really not wanted. And I lost my job, I was at my home town and was not able to come back to delhi because I stay in delhi alone and was not possible for me to live there in that situation alone in delhi. I requested to provide me any WFH work in any process so I can continue my work but they did not. I gave more than 2 years to this company but still they didn't show me any kindness.
