Nothing Absolutely disgusting and pathetic management.These people don't even know what they are doing.Exit procedure is pathetic.Even after returning the company IT had received email with notice that company Assets not returned.Is this the.way an international BPO works.Disguating.

Extremely disgusting,low salary compared to other BPO in the industry,lack of coordination,waste of time if looking for any IJP as it is not on merit basis but favoritism basis,management pathetic,no appreciation for hard work,gives 10Rs Cadbury for hard work on calls,even robbery of mobile phones and money from wallet kept as they dont have sufficient lockers to provide is trending due to lack of proper background check from HR in hurry of earning incentive to hire a candidate.

Opportunity to learn new things, take up responsibilities and up-skill yourself.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits not upto the mark as per market standards. Lacks timely promotions and no balance between authority and responsibility. You are expected to work in tight situation expecting a promotion but it takes a very long time for a growth opportunity to come through.

On time salary and if the salary date comes under weekends then you'll get your salary before. Lots of events for staff welfare. Good Salary for freshers. Opportunities for freshers to learn how to work in a MNC. Entry and Exit of the company is smooth.

Dislikes

Lots of unnecessary politics done by managers and HR are of no use. My profile days accountant Assistant but such work was done related to accounting which was a bummer. Lots of unnecessary compulsory trainings which are of no use and to waste your valuable time. Lots of events but poorly managed with a small budget.

Nothing to like about this company, spent about 12 years here, from my first TL who cancelled my leaves, when i wanted to see my daughter in hospital and gave it to another agent who wanted to attend a pool tournament to the the managers who asked to pay one months salary if i left to the last operation manager who did not assign a medical drop for me even though documentation said so. the higher management should be fired, anyways as they say people leave other people they do not leave organisations. i did the same too. am in a better place now with a much better salary and a much better designation. Thanks to God

Disliked everything about the place. people with false motives. and specially higher ups just there to make and save more money instead of giving to the agents. The manipulation was first class and so were the evil motives of the higher ups. All good people had left, I was the last was forced to leave. You might say this is bad, after spending almost 12 years in the organisation. you know people outside in and inside out.

Limited growth opportunities. No retention bonus for old employes with better productivity, hiring freshers with bigger salary and joining bonus. Salary not so dear, no yearly appraisal Work politics.
