Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

...f culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating.

Salary and incentive part is very pathetic at concentrix. I am on CL 10 level however my salary is lesser than CL 11 leval. People are inventing more than 10, years but salary increament is very poor.

People around me are not perfect to be in that position. Salary are too low for positions, Position can be provided in faster and easier way.

Apart from getting salary on the right day, I did not find anything to like. HR‘s are a complete joke, management is worthless! Forget about hikes, no job security unless u r good at flattery and licking feet of management!

...n! Promotion here equals to loss of job security, they can remove you anytime. Salary hike=JOKE. Advise to freshers- please do not join this company!
