...ation 1year 8 months.. apply 5 IGP.. But they give chance to who is close them..and with customer support n technical support with Lenovo warranty upsells also if pay for 1 job they pull us 3 works.. And in My Life i suggest my Frds n family u also people's don't buy Lenovo laptop and desktops.. Refurbished parts installed in name of warranty... Concentrix Daksh service Pvt Ltd all process members are torchar under Team leads n management levels...🙂

Salary is tooo low to work with, and recognizing a person talent is less....and high poitics. Promotions are less for the eligible experienced persons

...ority, hate, ego, favouritism and much more. This company never respects talent. Under pay people, even destroy the person by not talking proper care of respect and maintaining right work culture. They have good way of threatening people and sometimes even take wierd actions for no mistake of that employee. For there benefits they overburden employees.

I met great like minded people. They turned out to be more than colleagues but best of friends now. My Team Leader and Support were the best people ever. That is the only good part.

...nts. 4. No allowances - weird shift timings. 5. No recognition for hard work. 6. The company is only looking for ways for cost cutting. (The associates worked hard for a particular month to earn the incentives. The finance team just comes up with a lame reason and deducts 30% from the incentives. Why work hard then?) 7. The process policies keeps changing everyday. 8. High attrition rate. 9. They may end up firing you for the silliest of reasons without providing proper training. 10. No AC cabs. You will sweat in the scorching heat and will be tired already by the time you reach office. 11. Very poor compensation. 12. No appraisal. 13. No growth. I can go on and on but I will just limit myself now.

This is a place where u get exposure on enterprise level environment and learn lots. Here u need to learn and move on to better opportunity. But u have to be patient.

Dislikes

Pay is horrible and ppl management as well. Need to make sure that u would have to do weekend shifts as there is a lack of ppl. Ur skill level and knowledge to work load would pile up while your money would remain the same. U might be moved from l1 to l2 support but do not expect any raise and l1 to l2 is not a promotion as well. Here ur variables would be minimized as much as possible so that u do not get much(gates). When it comes to company survey the manager would sit next to u and you would have to rate it 5 on all aspects. So there is no path of improvement as surveys are not true.
