... poor performance and threatens that he don't give a damn if we report to HR. 3. The salary structure is horrible, they don't even give appraisals to any long term employees. Typical chindi types company who don't even take out a penny from their pocket. 4. Ladies/gentlemen if you're thinking to join this company beware of the half day leaves, this is very common once you are on the production. Even if it's your 7.9 hrs of hardwork in org. instead of 8, dude get ready to marked as a half leave/day. 5. Lots and lots of lies: in the starting they hired me stating that its a up selling job and ended up in sales job and dude they squeeze each and every blood and sweat to make a sale from you and they want your target to be met at any cost.

For freshers, cnx is the best place to learn how to grow in Career. The management is so helpful in every prospect. For experienced candidates, cnx is the best place to work in every prospect.

I don't nothing so much to talk in dislikes. But for freshers, salary is little bit low however you learn lots of things from Concentrix and after working here you will get too much hike because of the name of Concentrix. If you join concentrix as a experienced candidate you are at the awesome place so regreat to work to join or work with Concentrix.

The main things was there compensation packages in internal promotion otherwise everything is good over there

During the lockdown, company was paying complete salary to employees who were unable to work as they were stuck in their native.

Most of the time, an SME and above would have to work overtime(12hrs or more) to complete the csats or other assigned tasks. In most cases the shift hours are never sufficient and one would work almost 10 - 12 hours everyday.
