There is only one project Gemini.. which the chine team governs.. if they think you are not productive they will put you in pip.. and hence separation.. For small issues they will point it out and hence the escalation. The manager and associate director and tech lead are nearly a puppet.. they won’t support you and more over to please china people they will speak against you. The frame work they use is not openly and widely used and you should learn their way of coding else unnecessary comments and remarks. No appraisal's. No appreciation.. 1 team party in last 3 years.

To be frank there is not good carrrer opportunities in CNX if you are in BPO sectors so there is not job securities and shifting you to the different process and have policies like LIFO and if you are good performer or kot they don't care they only care about the policies and land you up in bench. Please don't look up for the career if working with CNX. I have work hard in both the process what I have moved but they have come across with the policy and move me to bench and twice it has happens with me, so due to this I have left the organization.

There are ample work opportunities an employee has to pursue. Salary wise, it's an average company, but job security is good.

Dislikes

Manage is over ambitious and always looking for employees to be occupied as 150%. High level of Multitasking is there, due to which employees find it difficult to focus and manage working on a task. No. of Conference Calls are also high. Because of that employees have challenge whether attend calls or do work.

I like work culture. I also feels that I'm very lucky bcoz I join concentrix 3 yrs ago, job security is more than expectation

Salary increament is very slow. I think company should have to provide some kind of increament this year. But I really think that concentrix feels more secure than other companies

Leads are too much toxic and never understand employee always want work in any situation not even understand the issue which employee is facing never give leaves . Too bad at the time of lunch always say do lunch after 1 hour or 1/2 hour when requested for lunch or dinner as there is too much work load. Even in single day some time we are unable to take full lunch.
