Zero work life balance Managers are not cooperating. They will get on your nerves just to take out sales from you. Favouritism at its peak. You'll have to be a suck up to get promotions.

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Dislikes

...f culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating.

... provides rewards and recognition for their sincere efforts to the organisation. Although Salary package is low but except that it is an employee centric company which values each and every employee of it.

Dislikes

Concentrix still needs to work on the salary part for the employees benefit purpose. Just like other big giant companies in BPO sector, it also need to provide quarterly hike to the employees basis on the contribution which the made. Salary should sound reasonable when we work here in compare to the life style which a city dweller needs atleast to survive.

...name, you have to come office anyhow. They shout over you for simple mistakes. People are working at a same position for 3-4 years on a normal salary. 9% salary growth is a dream for employees there. And many more.

...ut not anymore. They do not care about employees mental health but the business. Compensation and benefits are extremely dissatisfing. Location management is not supportive at all.
