overall experience was good, supportive operations team but the minus point was about HDFC process the clients are very pathetic, bad behaviour. About other process might be good but in HDFC there are 3 monkeys.

Favoritism, ego of the higher management, offer letter says working hours not fixed and job role even, which management and HR use to arm twist employees. No suggestion or inputs are accepted. Only a bunch of old people in higher position since Minacs days and growth.. Ha ha ha

Dirty politics, higher management also dont care, no promotions to those who actually deserve, asking money to pay to get experience letter even the person met with an accident during notice period

There is nothing to like about this shitiest company. Yes it is TRUE that they provide you job very easily. So one looking for job can apply here but while working their is nothing to like.

...days given. TL will ask you to come to work on festive holidays for extra pay I.e 800rs only depending upon your salary. No cooperation from higher management. They will ask you anytime to extend your shift. 9.5hrs of shift in which 8.5hrs is for work and get 30mins lunch break and 15-15mins break. And if you exceed the break you will have to extend the shift. Shift timings. No productivity left in life. Very low salary. Only the higher management is happy in this job because there is nobody to monitor them. They can do whatever they want. Roam anywhere at anytime. Take half day and go for team party. We as employees can only leave the building after shift end. Worst company to start career with.
