Concentrix will not ask people to leave once if they recruited them they try 100 percent keeping them with you although you are not good performer

Internal development in Company is zero only few people will grow very less even after getting promotions also your package will not be getting hiked much very less improvement will be seen transport medical insurance and internal benefits not good you cannot expect them even insurance will be nama ki vastha

Work enviorment it is to Awesome compare to other companies .. And good collegues as well .They will supports us at any critical situation

...f the few managers it remberes my school days (like sit here ,don't talk etc )..because of that it is not look like office ,its like school for us and mainly salary is the concern other then that everything is the best

Quality people feel like they are the CEO of the company, no growth, no skill improvement, no salary hike after 4 years of services in various domain, partiality is on its high level.

Their working time I. e 5hr of work .no mental pressure but not it's became horrible it's 7.5 hour and very much mental tortures towards working timing and all

No salary hike but increasing target every month

Good thing about this company is client benefits, food, office atmosphere etc

No hikes in salary, if you work here more than two years there is no growth in the salary, if they want to remove employees they will give un achievable target's and throughing employee's into PLA, PSP
