Convergys was a great company to work. Mainly who have joined 7/8 years back. But now salary is the main issue of convergys. Apart from salary, growth opportunity is also very poor.

I have been working in concentric from last 3 years and I have learnt so much and I have grown so much. If you are good at your work, you will be recognized by everyone

Salary is the only downside, especially for QAs as they don't get incentives or bonus even after getting first place in their scorecards (Not applicable for all programs)

...management and HR has ego problem... They do not like to talk on employee issue. Salary package to see drastic and no annual apraisal.in 2017 they increase the salary 150 rupees per month.this is the highest apparaisl in company sight. Overall very bad company. If you wanna pass your time in dayshift then u can join this company.

If we talk in terms of work environment and culture, CNX is one of the best. It focuses on people management what I have seen from last 3 years.
