Salary could be a bit higher. The hike which happens everyyear based on rating is too low. That is why most people i gues leave the organisation. Apart from this, everything is good and upto the mark

The management and people had clear directions and basic etiquettes hygiene while dealing with situations. At least whenever there was a requirement to reach out to them, it was never beating around the bushes.

The week off and the pay scale offered was something off which could have been better.

Likes

In lockdown they provided salary to all. But now it's pathetic. The salary is extremely low and that does not even fulfill your needs. Work culture was good before lockdown but now it is too poor. When it's off season the politics of company is to find all faults and tell the employee to leave. Management is the worst. They don't even know the difference of boss and leader. Out of company policy the transport system is just not poor but hell.

Dislikes

The salary structure, the growth, the management, also transport policy is worst. Cnx is drowning in quality so if these things are not taken care of then it can be extremely hard for cnx.

Concentrix is known as an employee centric company and concentrix has proved that time and time over the years and during this pandemic concentrix stands all alone like a wall with their each and every employee.

Dislikes

The only negative thing in concentrix is the basic pay structure which should be made according to the today's lifestyle and the amount of increasing expenses with the every passing month.

I worked at concentrix less than a year, good infrastructure, management needs to be a little more cautious about job security of their employees. Though I learnt a lot during the training about customer service and satisfaction. Was looking forward to be a part of it for more years but due to Process ramp down and then randomly assigning in any kind of LOB was the reason I left. Overall I would say it was a very good experience working at concentrix. People are good, friendly nature. Cab facility is good and work with fun, this funda i liked about cnx.

Dislikes

They don't give salary according to your qualification they measure everyone in a single weigh. A class 12 pass out and a masters degree holder's salary will be same if both are fresher. Only 1 week off that is too Rotational.
