Not too many things to like but I liked the working atmosphere at the office.

Dislikes

Plenty, no work life balance due to frequent change in shift timings. Also very less salary to work ratio, rude management or leaders etc.

Proper transport providing cabs for pick and drop at door step 9. Average yearly appraisal 10. Good Growth opportunity- promotion are good and fair as per your ability 11. Higher Education options with heavy discounts from top Universities 12. Leave plans are quite attractive and flexible if you approach administration Ina proper way. 13. Cafeteria is also good 14. Gifts on National festivals (Diwali special) and double pay option on holidays 15. Overtime Incentive are quite fascinating 16. 5 working days in a week and great experience working with world top clients 17. Work from home in Covid pandemic 18. No fire policy without any serious compliance and also offers you a chance if you’re failed to cope with current process

Dislikes

1. Rotational shifts and rotational week offs ( sometime split week offs is headache) 2. Work life balance isn’t good( work flow is more than average sometime) 3. Not a relaxed job and suits today’s lifestyle

Good batchmates, nice manager(sometimes get frustrated by pressure of performance by upper managers),good environment, work from home

Dislikes

Salary:( didn’t got appraisal that much only 600rs increase in salary lol, work time( if you’re working from home you will have to work like a robot and only 1 hr break rarely may get exception, in office can get more exception in break, I took 2:30 hr break sometimes next day my manager scratched his head for exception reason, poor promotion even if you preformed well(politics)

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

Food need to improve in our location BBSR. Office Colleague Do have Manners Don't have sufficient parking area
